Old Pali 4.4 mile run 2008 Race Review
Review by Louis Tomsic The Old Pali 4.4 mile run was held on September 21, 2008 at 7A. It rained very hard before the race start so everyone was cool before they enetered the rain forest. The race course is challenging because the road is the old highway from 50 years ago that does not allow traffic. The oportunity to run this course is made avalaible one time a year by the Mid Pacific Road Runners CLub. You need to watch your footing on this hilly course because there are many green mossy spots and slippery spots on the road. The course is hilly up and down and out and back.
